The Devastation Of Gun Control

 

    With the rise of terrorism and gun violence in the U.S, or the fear of it, there are activists which plan to find loop-holes in the 2nd amendment or put heavy regulations on the ownership of firearms. But how has this worked in other countries?. Well one country that has out-right banned the ownership of semi-automatic and fully-automatic rifles is Turkey in 2014. Also since 2014, the crime rate has increased by 400%. How can this be?

Well the answer is very simple, criminals don't care if they're breaking more than one law, if your going to murder someone, is a law against a firearm going to stop you from obtaining one? No, there's the black market. The black market for those who don't know is a hidden (illegal I might add) market that sells illegal and immoral items to those willing to pay, it is prevalent almost everywhere in the world and most nations have tried cracking down on it but failed to fully get rid of it.

Why does the Homicide rate increase? Because, when you disarm someone, they can't defend themselves against those who are armed, take away somebody's guns and somebody else is going to get a gun from places like the black market, and commit a homicide, or maybe even a massacre.
